Delivery Method:
Merchandise will be shipped within two days of receiving your order.  It will be sent through
the United States Postal service, usually taking 5-7 business days to arrive. All shipments
will be insured and the cost is included in the flat rate for shipping. All shipments out of the
United States may take longer to receive and may cost more for shipping.

Returns:
Merchandise must be sent back insured and adequately packaged as you had originally
received it. Otherwise if it gets lost in the mail or is received damaged I will not be able to
reimburse you. Sorry, but there are no returns on special orders.  On all other merchandise
there is a 30day return policy less the shipping and handling costs.  All merchandise must
be unused and in its original condition. Please email me in advance to let me know of
any returns.

Special Orders:
Please email or call me and I will be happy to discuss any of your ideas and needs with you. 
I will keep you involved in the process of your special order and will even send you pictures
through email to insure that you are receiving what you asked for. For special orders I will
need a down payment of 50% of the total merchandise requested.  This is a non-refundable
payment, as the deposit will be used to purchase non-returnable materials. There are no
returns on special orders.

Lifetime Guarantee:
If at any time in the life of your jewelry it breaks, please send it back to me with all original
pieces.  If all original pieces are available, repairing your jewelry will cost you only shipping. 
If some of the beads have been lost, I will do my best to find something similar. You will pay
shipping and handling and any additional charges for new beads and nothing else. If you
want to wear a piece of my jewelry I will insure that you always can.
